Phil May is CEO and COF at Apex Law.
Phil commenced his career over twenty years ago, in a well know Eton Square firm in Pimlico London. After gaining a valuable experience in all areas of law, Phil ended up in the firm’s residential conveyancing department dealing with high net worth properties.
Phil left London to join a Kent based Legal 500 firm, before joining the largest conveyancing practice in Kent where he worked for over 13 years helping develop and grow that firm. Phil joined Apex Law with a view of developing and growing the firm.
Over the period of time with Apex, Phil has moved from being a consultant, to a joint owner to now be the sole shareholder in the firm. During this time Phil has dedicated his attention to growing the firm considerably to one of the largest conveyancing practices in Kent, and finally taking the firm national with our recent opening of our office in Pontefract.
Phil’s expertise is within all things Residential conveyancing having built his reputation with client, solicitors and estate agents alike due to his pragmatic and efficient handling of conveyancing transactions. His experience in residential conveyancing is unique having both worked with high net worth properties and volume conveyancing, enabling him to guide the firm to strike a balance between service and efficiency, enabling transactions to move as swiftly as possible whilst making sure clients and lenders interests are protected.
