Shelsea Waldrock is the firm’s Chief operating officer and Director.

After completing her degree in Social Psychology and Sociology, Shelsea joined Apex to assist short term with administrative work. This is where her interest in the field sparked, and within a short time she established a natural aptitude for residential conveyancing and also developed excellent management and business development skills.

Shelsea has her own residential caseload, handling a variety of transactions. Shelsea does this alongside assisting Phil May with his caseload, and also plays a major part in the day to day running of the firm, ranging from staffing, IT, management of the firm’s social media and development of the firm’s business strategies as a whole, alongside the Directors.

As a Residential conveyancer she has rapidly built an excellent reputation with clients and agents, based on her personal service in all transactions which has led to amazing client feedback.  Shelsea is currently a qualified Conveyancing technician having completed her level 4 of the CLC licensed conveyancers course and is undertaking her Level 6 to become a qualified licensed conveyancer.
